How to Build 164-unit Seaside Apartment?

Name: Eduardo

Country: Dominica

Profession: Boss

Project: 164-Unit Apartment

Customized building materials for Dominican apartments – a successful journey of cooperation.

In our company, in order to demonstrate our sincerity and professionalism towards our customers, we invited the engineers responsible for the installation to our showroom for a face-to-face discussion. The meeting lasted four days and we discussed in detail every aspect of the entire kitchen installation process with the apartment owner Eduardo and his designer Juan.

In order to fully demonstrate our professionalism and attention to the project, we restored the kitchen cabinet and apartment layout in the studio on a 1:1 scale. This approach not only demonstrated our care and attention to detail, but also helped us work with the client to complete the kitchen installation program from start to finish.

In our discussions, we comprehensively addressed any installation issues that might arise. Given the special climatic conditions of the Dominican Republic – strong UV rays – we specifically selected products for our client that are suitable for use in a seaside environment.

We carefully discussed patterns and prices for tiles, sanitary ware, windows and doors, lighting, furniture and decorations, and confirmed the production and shipping schedule for 164 apartments.

At the end of the collaboration, we signed a confidentiality agreement for the cooperation and concluded the pleasant working session with a delicious meal of sushi. This exchange not only deepened our relationship with our Dominican client, but also laid a solid foundation for future projects.

We look forward to continuing to provide our customers with high quality building materials and services, and creating more successful cases together.
