Fantastic New York Office

The  fantastic office design embodies New York’s business ethos and culture, supporting the mission of promoting better sleep through smart planning and dynamic materiality. Situated on the 39th and 40th floors of Three World Trade Center, it boasts expansive open workspaces alongside collaborative areas like conference rooms and phone booths. Each west-facing floor features a generous common area flooded with natural light, seamlessly connected by a wooden staircase.

The headquarters fosters a sense of working amidst the clouds, with “neighborhoods” organizing departments across the two floors. Square floor plates’ central core provides orientation, marked by murals on exposed concrete. Translucent meeting rooms line the north and south, while larger ones anchor the four corners, ensuring effective acoustics for flexible collaboration. Meeting spaces, including cozy “work pods,” feature custom curved baffles above desks for enhanced lighting and acoustics.

Whimsical touches characterize the design, with a curved portal defining openings and a soft accent color palette infusing warmth. Soft, curved surfaces and wooden accents further reflect the designer’s identity, creating an inviting and efficient workspace.
