As Riga’s first coworking space of this magnitude, we are deeply grateful to its founders for placing their trust in us. We take immense pride in having played a role in bringing this space to life and in sharing our expertise with its future occupants. The facility is fully equipped, featuring comfortable meeting rooms, private offices, dedicated Skype booths, relaxation zones, and a kitchen area. Additionally, it houses a conference hall designed to host a variety of events and lectures, as well as a combined restaurant and bar—a feature we affectionately term a “project within a project,” comprising a massive, self-contained unit that occupies the entire top floor.

Our primary objective was to seamlessly blend modern design principles, cutting-edge technological solutions, and local cultural heritage. This project transcends the conventional definition of a mere workspace; it serves, rather, as a vibrant hub for exchange and collaboration, bringing together young talents from diverse professional backgrounds—including entrepreneurs, freelancers, designers, IT specialists, marketing professionals, and photographers. Our core mission is to cultivate an atmosphere brimming with creativity and vitality, thereby fostering the growth and development of every individual within the community.

Throughout the design process, we drew inspiration from the local natural landscape. The city’s distinctive sun-baked earthen hues and the rolling emerald hills exerted a profound influence on our interior design aesthetic; we skillfully integrated modern technology, natural materials, lush greenery, and culturally resonant patterns. In our selection of surface finishes, we adhered to a philosophy of simplicity and understated elegance. The majority of the walls within the coworking space feature painted finishes, complemented by extensive use of exposed concrete and richly textured decorative plaster.

The project makes extensive use of glass and metal partition systems. These partitions are available in a variety of finishes—including transparent, fluted, and matte black options—all uniformly integrated within a single, cohesive framing system. As a striking visual accent within the space, we designed a series of visually compelling decorative elements—most notably, a collection of wooden partitions adorned with intricate carved patterns. These patterns were custom-designed exclusively for this project. Regarding the overall color palette, we adopted a neutral scheme dominated by shades of white, gray, black, and natural wood tones, punctuated by carefully placed splashes of vibrant accent colors.
