Situated within a historic district, the development comprises two distinct structures of varying heights: an office building and a residential tower. The residential section is characterized by a interplay of light and dark elements; it is divided into two functional zones that create a striking visual contrast while remaining structurally unified. The building’s facade underscores this structural harmony, achieving a perfect fusion of its two constituent parts.

The first two levels of this office-residential complex are clad in dark gabbro granite and bronze-toned High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) panels, while the upper sections are finished with lightweight fiber-reinforced cement tiles. A defining feature of the building is its arched facade—constructed from these cement tiles—which imbues the structure with a unique and distinctive character.

The residential tower houses 88 units distributed across 17 floors, anchored by a spacious ground-floor lobby. Two separate entrances provide access to a selection of one- to four-room apartments, ranging in size from 51 to 152 square meters. A three-level underground parking facility offers a capacity double the number of residential units, ensuring ample parking to fully meet the needs of the residents. Each apartment is equipped with a smart home system, allowing for independent control over lighting, heating, and water usage.

A signature feature of this complex is its 48 balconies, distinguished by a unique curved design. Their black frames stand in striking contrast against the white backdrop of the facade, serving as a captivating visual highlight. Particular attention has also been paid to the design of the stairwells and elevators, ensuring both quiet operation and long-term durability. The office building stands adjacent to the residential tower at a 90-degree angle, rising five stories above ground level with an additional three levels located underground.
