Private house: it can be installed in bathroom, basement, courtyard or independent room. It is recommended to choose the right size according to the space of the house. A small sauna of 2-6 square meters is perfect for family use.

Gymnasiums: Larger saunas are often installed in public gyms to accommodate multiple users and require the selection of highly durable, corrosion-resistant wood and heaters.

Hotels and SPA centers: to provide customers with a high-end experience, they often choose custom-designed saunas that incorporate LED lighting, audio, aromatherapy and other features.

Villa/Mansion: Private saunas tend to use premium materials such as red cedar, combined with modern glass elements to enhance the sense of class.

Other places: such as by swimming pools, resorts, school health centers, etc., saunas can also be installed.

The size of the sauna can be flexibly customized according to your space needs, here are some common references:

Small sauna: suitable for 1-2 people, with a minimum size of 16-25 square feet (about 1.5-2.3 square meters).

Medium Sauna: Suitable for 3-4 people, with a recommended footprint of 30-50 square feet (approximately 2.8-4.6 square meters).

Large Sauna: Suitable for multiple people, recommended footprint 60 sq. ft. or more (approx. 5.6 sq. m.).

Height Requirements:

The ideal height for a sauna is 6.5-7 feet (about 2-2.1 meters) to ensure air circulation and user comfort.

Traditional Dry Steam Sauna: Temperature range is 150-190°F (65-90°C).
The high temperature environment promotes blood circulation and perspiration for a classic sauna experience.

Wet Steam Sauna: Lower temperatures of 110-150°F (45-65°C) and higher humidity (40-60%).
It is more suitable for people who do not like high temperatures, such as the elderly or first-timers.

Far Infrared Sauna: Temperatures range from 100-140°F (40-60°C), with rapid warming and lower energy consumption.
The mild thermal environment is suitable for long-term health care users.

Electricity requirements:
Small sauna (1-2 persons): 220V is required (240V standard is used in North America) with about 2-4 kW.

Medium-sized sauna (3-4 persons): 220-240V required, power about 4-6 kW.

Large saunas (5 or more people): require 380V three-phase industrial voltage (for commercial locations) and 8 kW or more.

Daily cleaning:
1. After use, open the sauna door for about 30 minutes to ventilate the sauna and expel the moist air.
2. Wipe the surface of the wood with a dry cloth to ensure the interior stays dry.
3. Clean the heating stones on the sauna regularly to avoid accumulation of dust and impurities.

Deep Maintenance (every 3-6 months)
1. Wood maintenance: If surface stains are found, wipe gently with warm water and a soft cloth. Serious scratches can be sanded with fine sandpaper and then put on protective oil.
2. Check the equipment: Make sure the sauna stove and lighting system are working properly and the wires are not aged or loose.
3. Replace the heating stone (traditional sauna): the heating stone should be replaced every 6-12 months to maintain the heating efficiency.

Overheating protection system: when the temperature is out of the set range, the heater will automatically cut off the power.
Heat-insulating design: using high-quality heat-insulating materials to prevent the outer wall of the sauna room from overheating.
Tempered Glass: All windows and doors are made of high-strength tempered glass, which forms round and blunt particles when broken to avoid injury.

Recommendations for use:
Use for no more than 20 minutes at a time and hydrate sufficiently before use. If there are elderly people or children using it, it is recommended to accompany them throughout the whole process.
