Typically, a hotel furniture order takes 8 to 12 weeks from start to finish. We spend 1–2 weeks finalizing design details, 4–8 weeks on manufacturing (depending on complexity), and 2–4 weeks for shipping and customs clearance.

Yes, for large hotel orders, we do require a deposit—but don’t worry, the process is straightforward and transparent.

Standard Terms
Our usual payment terms are 30% deposit before production, and 70% balance before shipment. This allows us to secure materials and schedule your order in our production line.

Flexible Options
For long-term partners or large-scale projects, we’re open to discussing flexible terms—like split payments by shipment stage or L/C (letter of credit) if preferred.

Secure Payment Methods
We accept bank transfer (T/T) as the most common method.

We can help you reflect your hotel’s branding on your furniture or linens.

Logos on furniture
We can engrave, embroider or print your logo on headboards, chairs, desks and even nightstands. Simply send me your logo file and I’ll show you placement options that won’t detract from the aesthetics of the design.

Customized linens and soft furnishings
For items such as mattresses, cushions or curtains, we can add your logo or brand colors using embroidery or custom fabric patterns. This is a great way to create a harmonious guestroom experience.

Samples first
Prior to full production, I will provide a digital model or sample so you can confirm the look and feel.

We will let you see clearly what you will get for your hotel before production starts.

2D Technical Drawings
You will receive detailed CAD drawings showing dimensions, materials and construction.

3D renderings
Realistic 3D renderings are also available for the furniture in your hotel space. This can help you see how colors, shapes and layouts will work together.

Quick adjustments
Need to adjust something? Our designers will modify the drawing or rendering based on your feedback until it feels just right.
