April 8, 2026 — The George Group is honored to participate in a major new initiative strongly supported by the Foshan government—an initiative poised to usher in a new chapter for Foshan’s pan-home furnishing industry.
At the official launch event held at Foshan Software Park, Foshan introduced the Pan-Home Furnishing Manufacturing and Services Collaborative Development Pilot Zone and the OPC International Eco-Community for Pan-Home Furnishing Exports. This new initiative brings together manufacturing, service resources, AI, and global trade support to help Foshan’s home-related industries reach overseas markets in a smarter and more efficient way.

For George Group, this moment means a lot
We are not simply taking part in the project. We are one of the key driving forces helping move it forward. As a company deeply rooted in Foshan’s building materials and pan-home furnishing export sector, we are helping connect government planning with real business action, real industry resources, and real overseas market opportunities.
Over the years, I have always felt that Foshan has something special. This city has strong factories, deep supply chains, skilled people, and a product base that can support all kinds of residential and commercial projects.
But having strong manufacturing is only one part of the story. To truly serve the global market, the industry also needs better service, better digital tools, and better ways to connect with buyers around the world. This new initiative is built around that exact idea.

At the heart of the project is the OPC model — One Person Company — a new business approach shaped by the AI era. It is designed to help smaller teams and entrepreneurs do bigger things through technology, supply chain support, and export services. Foshan is giving this model a real home, and George Group is helping turn that vision into something practical and alive.
According to the official plan, the new eco-community covers around 9 square kilometers and follows a structure known as “One Valley, One Axis, and Three Parks.” Its core area, Yingcui Lake AI Gravity Valley, is planned as a center for talent, innovation, and business growth.
The five-year goal is ambitious but exciting: help grow more than 100 OPC companies, attract over 1,000 young entrepreneurs, serve 100 countries, and create RMB 10 billion in output value.
That kind of vision needs more than good ideas. It needs people and companies who can actually make it work on the ground.
That is where George Group comes in
As one of the main operating forces behind the Pan-Home Furnishing Export AI Innovation Hub, George Group is helping build a modern 42,000-square-meter space that brings together commercial display, office use, training, business exchange, and living support. In simple words, this is not just another office project.
It is a working platform for growth. It is meant to give exporters, startup teams, service providers, and industry partners a place where ideas can move faster and global business can happen more naturally.
This role reflects what George Group has always believed in. We do not see ourselves as only a supplier. We see ourselves as a connector — between manufacturing and service, between local strength and global demand, and between policy direction and real project execution.

That is especially important today
The global home furnishing market is changing quickly. Buyers want more choice. Projects want more customization. Businesses want faster coordination and fewer barriers. Traditional export models often feel heavy and slow, especially for smaller companies.
Foshan’s new model is trying to solve that problem, and George Group is proud to be one of the companies helping shape that new path.
The local government has also announced strong support for the initiative, including an initial RMB 500 million special fund, office support, talent housing, computing power support, digital export incentives, and one-stop services for areas such as finance, business registration, and intellectual property.
These policies give the project strong momentum. But to turn momentum into results, it still takes experienced companies with real market understanding. George Group is honored to be one of those companies.

For overseas clients, this sends a clear message
George Group is more than a building materials company based in Foshan. We are also helping lead a larger export ecosystem backed by local government, industry resources, and long-term development planning.
That gives our global partners more confidence, more efficiency, and stronger access to the manufacturing strength that Foshan is known for.
For us, this cooperation is not only about one project or one launch event. It is about helping Foshan’s pan-home furnishing industry step into a new stage — one that is more connected, more digital, and more global than ever before.

We are proud to be part of that change. More importantly, we are proud to help lead it
At George Group, we believe the future of global sourcing will not only depend on who can make good products. It will depend on who can connect resources, solve problems, and create smoother paths for international buyers. That is the role we are committed to, and that is exactly why this new initiative matters so much to us.
As Foshan builds a stronger global bridge for the pan-home furnishing industry, George Group will continue to stand at the front — helping bring local manufacturing strength to the world, and helping global clients find better ways to build with Foshan.
